I just came back from watching Little Miss Sunshine at the movies. The movie is about a pretty dysfunctional family and their struggles to fulfill the dream of their daughter, and end up having to deal with their own dreams. If you havent seen it you should.

As you know I’m trying to get permanent residency here in Australia.. a process comparable to the complexity of knitting a pair of boxers out of leatherstrings using safetypins.. so I’ve heard. Check for yourselves, how well do you do in the test?

The swedish popgroup Roxette was recently awarded a BMI prize for having their song ‘Listen to your heart’ played 3 million times on the radio in the USA.. makes you wonder why they aren’t bombing themselves in the War on Terror (or it may explain why that would be redundant). But. Even more interesting: In an interview Per Gessle shows off his mad math skills (translated into english by me below):

.. is eternity really only 27 years? ..or is that 1.5 eternities so that 1 eternity is 27/1.5=18 years? Wow. Sick. The authors of my math textbooks was so of track here.. like totally.
